A mod that can copy/paste a house (not the lot)?

Just wondering, if there's a mod like MCEdit for Minecraft that I can copy/paste a house to a new lot, but not the actual lot.
Basically, I have a house that has an artificial road that runs on the lot. The lot is 50x50. Want to select only the house, copy, and paste it to a smaller lot. Quite annoys me there's no default way to do so.
