Rabbit magic gnomes?

What are these rabbit magic gnomes? I had never had them before Pets so I'm guessing it came with the expansion pack. Anyone knows why they appear, or is it Do they appear randomly or is it something specific that makes them show up?

I haven't heard about rabbits, but I'm not a big gnome collector.  There are gnomes for stray cats, dogs, and wildlife.  Plus dog and cat gnomes that show up when you have those pets.  I think there are more, but I'm not sure what they are.  If someone has a picture of a rabbit gnome, I'd love to see one!

Yeah, they pop up in my Dynasty lot every now and then. I don't collect them though... I sell them  They cost about $1000 each, and my founder still needs a property and a building, hehe. I will get a picture next time one of them pops up  . I'm still curious about why this happens, though... I wonder if it's just a random thing or they are kind of... triggered by something specific.

I've had a couple of regular gnomes pop up recently, too.  It's just the original Mysterious Gnome.  I haven't figured out why they pop up either.  It must just be a new feature of the game.

I think the rabbit gnomes come from the ice cream truck.

Maybe they're called like that in english  my game is in spanish so I wouldn't knoe exactly, but they are pink with square bunny ears. I had never seen them after pets.

So that's why they always spawn around the fridge!  Thanks Gen. Maybe it's the ice cream truck too, though. It comes a lot around... I will check that next time.

I just noticed there are several of them though. This one is riding a Llama but I've seen other types.

Yes, I had assumed that they spawned when a Sim ate an ice cream, as I started noticing them after I gave my Sims an icy treat (one loved the ice cream, the other instantly got a brain-freeze headache). I assumed this, because the ice cream truck actually sells a Freezer Bunny ice-lolly... But it could well be the fridge though - I always wondered why the dogs insisted on barking at it, perhaps they were warning me of the presence of magic bunnies!

I have two of these in my Legacy now. Both came from the Dog barking at the fridge. I saw one arrive whilst the dog was barking as well.

Cool! I've never been too much into these weird (and a little creepy) magic gnomes in the game... but if I can sell them and get some extra cash I can't complain
