Professor Zigmund rejects labels such as “Crazy” and “Insane”, instead treating each Sim as a unique individual with unique emotional needs. His therapies encourage Sims to overcome their limitations while still retaining their unique personalities, and as mayor he swears to use his understanding to overcome the limitations of the town. After all, when it comes right down to it, isn’t everyone a little bit crazy?
