How can you make a Mystic if you can't find the fortune teller's wagon?

I've made sims of Phoenix Wright & Maya Fey, but Maya's wish is to become a Mystic. They live in Sunset Valley, in my game there is no fortuneteller's wagon & I can't seem to find it in the Build Mode.

Where is it???

It should be in the commercial build area with the other rabbitholes. Did you change your lot to commercial before building on it?

The gypsy wagon won't automatically be placed so you either need to save the lot with the wagon from Moonlight Falls, create a lot of your own using the wagon from Build mode on a commercial lot or just modify another lot and just add the rabbit hole.

easiest way is to save 'the gypsy wagon' in moonlight falls to the library. Now you should found the wagon under the community lot tab.

you go back to sunset valley and look for lot around 'the gypsy wagon' size. Change the type into community lot, small park.
and then choose place lot.

It is an object placed on a lot, like the arboretum and the vault of antiquity.

It shouldn't, the lot will take the form of all other rabbit holes and become "No Visitor's Allowed"
