3 eyed fish location?

Where do you find 3 eyed fish?

I found them in dystopia in those long rectangular pools near the city from recollection, my witch once got one from a conversion ritual as well which I found interesting.

Thank you, Turoskel.  Do you mean where the rainbow snails were or off to the sides in the low level fish area?

I've never found a rainbow snail, didn't even know about them till I read this. But then I didn't spend much time in utopia as I had the meteor bug from my visit to dystopia and they kept hitting my house and setting it on fire 

My sims bought the vacation home that juts out into the water above the dam, right across the road from it is a pool, it was full of rubbish when it was dystopia and he fished it in there. The pools I mean are either side of the base camp you can see them on this map, the house they had was the one on the far left and the pool is right opposite.

3 eyed fish are found under the floating garbage.  If you are in either Utopia or Dystopia Damsel fish are in the group of fish swimming by that house you bought, Turoskel and in Utopia you find rainbow snails and rainbow trout, (that really have more of a rainbow on them), in those same square pools under the floating flowers.  You can also find them in the lake by the mine.  Thanks for the help.  I got my 3 eyed fish thanks to you.
