Married toddlers?

I visited a friend and we started a sims family in Sunset Family. We just made  a single mom and that's . So, eventually she married Connor Frio and they gave birth to twins, named Amy and Josh. However, after we caked them up, they went from siblings to married under their relationship panel. It's weird and they get  the normal interactions what so ever. Anybody know how to fix it? Thanks in advance.

That's a bizarre situation!  Do you have any mods in your game, and if so, are you sure they're up-to-date?

My friends game (the one witnessing the problem, it's not me,) runs no mods and she is up to date on her normal game. Also, we fast aged them to young adult and they get all the married romantic actions ( and later it crashed so their toddlers again) Its weird
