HELP. Stuck physician in Sims Medieval

Just got into this game, I know it is a bit old but hope someone can help me.

My physician will not move. He just stands there. I have tried everything. I tried the advice on this board on how to reset sims. but get error message that Reset is unknown. HOW DO I FIX THIS? I even tried sending him to the pit. NOTHING.
