Adair is a cutie. The dream house is is fantastic, i could just imagine going in there and getting lost.

I like having children. It's comforting in a way - someone who looks at you like you created everything and has only known love. He hasn't even felt the pain of a broken heart yet.



... But he helps to eat everything in the fridge and that's pretty good.

Adair has been doing very well in school but he seems a bit lost. He likes to paint and I'm got an idea for his next birthday, but he doesn't have a passion for anything in particular. I guess he just likes to learn for the fun of it. Nothing wrong with that, not at all.





Speaking of children, I tried that spell again. Everything was foggy and it took longer to get anything than it did last time. I fear that maybe time has made the connection to my daughters weaker.



It was that fear that made me try to see them at least one last time that push myself so hard. It was almost an obsession and that may be why I finally got something in the end.

Artemis was difficult to track. I sensed a sadness and regret. Regret isn't hard to identify when you know it as well as I do. It tears you up inside and no matter how you rationalize that you're doing good, you feel like you've failed. I felt that the day I left my girls in Moonlight Falls and time hasn't lessened that feeling much.

These feelings from Artemis yielded the smallest sight of her and I'm not even entirely sure it is her.



It looks like something she painted once.

Luna was surprisingly easier to find, but that's not saying much. Like Artemis, I sensed a sadness from her. The vision I eventually got made me so proud of her. I just wish I could be there for her.



As my sight faded, and the echos of Luna crying left my ears, I came to the decision to not look for them anymore. This hurts all of us in the end. We cannot be together again and my girls, grown and with families of their own, don't need me. They might miss me and I will always miss them, but I have Adair as well. He doesn't deserve a mother that looks at him and sees the sisters he never got to meet.

I won't look again. They are bright women. They don't me worrying myself sick over them. That isn't what they intended when they gave me this new start.

I'm not abandoning this story, but real life is getting in the way of me writing it out to my satisfaction. Plus, with the Guides gallery being phased out, I need to research which new photo host to use for the rest of the story. When things calm down a bit, I'll continue.

I'm so sorry to anyone who was reading and waiting. I can say that we're about 3/4th through. This was never meant to be a very long story.
