Well, I discovered you could use conversion spells on nanites. I got a rhino beetle out of my one attempt, which is definitely not a fair trade - even for a common nanite.

What is a conversion spell please?  Is it a witch thing?  I've only played fairies so far.

@Pam:  When I went into dystopian future my fairy had several more descendants than when I went into Oasis Landing, (five).  This set looked very much like her, although several were a bit plumper.  One was a fairy with the same color wings who except for the hair style could have been her twin.  One had a light greenish blue tone to her skin who seemed to never bathe as she was always stinky whenever we met.  It was good to know the fairy genes and wing color carried through.

I discovered you can use elixirs on human or supernatural Sims but not on robots.  I haven't tried  throwing dew on robots but if you through dew on the dystopian human Sims they immediately get that silly walk and were grinning happily.  The two I tried it on also stopped throwing trash on the ground but otherwise were oblivious to it.
What?  Grannies can't play games?
I speak perfect Nooblik, (and some Simlish)!

Precisely. You can use it to convert one ingredient to another. i.e. an apple can become a mushroom, hit it again and you might get mandrake, etc. It seems to be a fairly random roll as I understand it. Sometimes, the item is just destroyed, though. You can get some really rare items (bugs, etc.) out of it if you feel like casting a lot of spells or are just lucky.

LOL So..... out of curiosity, how many tragic clowns were running around Dystopia? Oh, and I have to wonder if you can use enough dew to stop them from littering and make Dystopia become at least "normal?" It would be an interesting thing to be coded in..... Doubt it, but it would.

Pity you can't use elixir on bots. That would have been amusing.
A 1920s era house needing heat, AC, new floors, new drywall on the walls and ceilings, new bathroom fixtures, new kitchen cabinets, new water heaters.... The roof is sound, but why didn't I just buy an empty lot?

Part of what makes dystopia so filthy is the bots.  They throw trash every few minutes.  I am a neat/clean freak and it was driving me nuts to have my home filthy so I put a fence around it and kept the bots out, except for family bots.  Now the only way I get trash is when a meteor hits.  They not only throw meteors but also bags and bags of trash. Very annoying.

Strangely enough the humans I hit with the dew did stop throwing trash, at least for as long as the dew was in effect.  I have a ton of dew so it will be an interesting experiment to see what happens if I do as you suggested and just bombard everyone with dew.

Right now I'm trying for robot romance.  He's more than willing but she gets creeped out every time!  Max and Maxine have just GOT to hit it off sooner or later.  They both have the ability to love and both are sentient and maxed out in all kinds of good chips.  He's a handibot and she's a gardenbot.  Not sure if I gave either of them fishing or cleaning but they both have freindly functions and unlimited ability to learn.

My fairy married, changed her traits, increased her wealth and now is supposed to go back to the future and talk to Emit.  They went back and lo and behold since she married someone she now has different descendants and not as many of them!  Too bad because the first set were really cool.  We haven't met them yet so we'll see what they are like.
