Got a Restaurant and a Movie Theater on my town... Which are the best Lot Types?

I'm adding two lots to my town, but I'm not sure which Lot Types would be the best selections for these two lots.
The lots are: "Business as Usual Bistro" and "Le Cinema Plumbob".

Can anyone suggest me which Lot Types should I make them?

I'm not sure offhand what type of venues those two are, but you can check by going into Edit Town mode and selecting Community Lots. If you hover your mouse over the venue or click on it, you'll get a bubble with the name of the lot and the lot type in parentheses (like this) beside it.

You probably want to place them as "Visitors Allowed" community lots. That will allow for unassigned non-player sims to visit and hopefully spend simoleons. For best results, limit the amount of venues in your town, that way your townies do not get spread out over too many venues.
