Where do I find "Gender" doors for bathrooms?

I want to build a community lot with bathrooms for just males and just females. I've seen them used in WA, so they have to be around somewhere, don't they? Even the gym in the base game has a restriction, because my sim is female and she couldn't go to one side to do a repair on a toilet... (she's Handy and wanted a skill increase.) Where do I find them? Any help would be much appreciated.

They can be found under community lots build mode in the door category.
