Has anyone else noticed that when you move from one neighborhood to another the pre-placed lots are not placed? For instance, the Equestrian and Junk Yard. I just noticed it today.

Yes I noticed it during the service challenge, although some towns it did and some it didn't, seemed to be a bit random.

Personally I'd rather it didn't auto place them at any time, it never puts them in a good spot or it adds ones I don't need or never use so I was pleased when it didn't.
