Story progression and challenges

I decided to take a break from dynasties and play the game more casually, but I'm getting really bored. So, I want to install Twallan's SP since I read it's very good, but is there a way I can turn it off, or make it not even affect my dynasty files?
Also, since I only installed some CC is there anything I have to pay attention about?

Thanks for the link, but since english is not my maternal language I'm having trouble understanding what to do. I see that they mention it in the first post but I just can't figure out what exactly I have to do. Sorry for being a pain, but every help is appreciated

I have heard that there is a mod that will turn off all your mods in specific files but I can't remember where I read it. It may have been in one of the dynasty threads. I'll look later and I'll give you a link if I can find it.

CC Magic will allow you to turn off mods for different save files.
