Just got this. Here is the info:
Similar like Steel Bladder, this LTR remove the maintenance need for your plumbot for 15000 LTHP.
Warning: UNLIKE steel bladder, it would simply LOCK the need without filling it up. So if your plumbot was very low on maintenance when you take this, the need will potentially stuck with the negative moodlet (low maintenance also affect other trait chips like the simulated emotion, you cannot get positive moodlet from the emotion chip while low maintenance) and you cannot get it back up by tune-up or any other mean.
You CAN however, using testingcheatsenabled to drag the bar back up.
