Can't use my sim anymore?

hiya guys! kinda new around here. could you help me with this sim of mine? i made this months and months ago, but then, recently i had to re-install the game, but to my surprise, i could not use the sim anymore. a little help? i attached it, and tho it's really nothing special,  this sim is the first one i made on my own (and the prettiest one that i made), so any help would be greatly appreciated. thanks in advance!

it's made from the base game (the sims 3), absolutely no expansions, although there were mods installed/used (i think).

I have removed the file from your post as it was a rar file. If you upload a sim it needs to be a sims3pack file.

um... that's kinda the problem. unpacked, that's how the file is... i can't even find it on my game even if i put on the Saves or Download folder.

First a couple of housekeeping items. Would you please change the subject of this topic so that it's more specific? Is too vague just to say you need help. You need to put what it's specifically about.
