Where is the Pool Floater in Buy Mode?

I'm looking for the inflatable pool floater thing.  I searched outdoor activities and decorations, plus some of the entertainment section and I just can't find the silly thing.  Any help?

It's in build mode Pam, with the pool ladder and such.
