Cant Install Game: Says Access Denied

Hi, I just bought the Sims 3 Island Paradise from Walmart 2 days ago. Today I went to install it and when it gets to the install screen it says:

file:C:/Program Files/Electronic Arts/The Sims 3 Island Paradise/Caches/
Error: Access is denied

I don't have an custom content or anything like that, I have installed expansion packs before

Does any one have any idea why this is happening, and maybe even have a solution?

Never Mind!
I asked my dad, and for some reason the folder was set so that I couldn't controlled it, but my dad fixed it! :)
