Anju Falls Review

Can anybody tell me weather Anju Falls is worth downloading? Or is the old Anju better or the new Anju? I have downloaded only 1 world from My Sims Realty, Cape Cavell and it was... so so  Both Anju's look great, but are they worth it?

I think that is the only one I have not looked at.  If I want to see a town, I have been downloading it and checking it out and if I didn't like it I would just delete it.  I was not overly impressed with the other ones, Anju Falls looks pretty cool, but have not downloaded it yet.  If you do let me know how you like it.
