Game menu pictures

Hi all, hope you're all well.

Quick question, in the game menu there are no pictures. I've got 4 saved games but it doesn't show a picture of the sims. It does tell me the details but no images. I don't think I've explained that very well, sorry. Hope it makes sense.

Something similar happened to me, where you could only see part of the family's picture (as if I had cropped off half of the picture). I made a new file and it was normal but the others were like the way I just described.  I just ignored my problem since it was only aesthetic. Are your files are in any other way affected? Maybe try changing the active household and see if it changes.

Thanks. It seems to be working ok. It shows one game ok. So I'll see how it goes
