Visa Level... And death

What will happen if you happen to have a mortal achieve level 3 visa and then they die.. Do the family still have the level three visa and the vacation house?

You keep the house but not the visa level as that was tied to the sim who died, you can always have another sim get level 3 though if it's longer trips you want. If you have the coins get a certificate of partnership from the special merchant as well before they die that gives you extra travel time too and that is good for anybody in the house.
