Nraas and Get Married Loop?

Hey, guys! I've been a faithful user of Twallan's mods (Story Progression, Master Controller, Mover, Portrait Panel, Woohooer, Overwatch, and Porter), and when I moved on to my new computer, I brought my mods with me. But they all reset. And when they did, my sims would get stuck in a "Get Married" loop. What I mean is that whenever I click on "Get Married" at the arch or in the romance options, or "Have a Private Wedding", the sims will go through all the actions, exchanging rings, getting into formal wear, triggering the wedding music, but when they are finished, that's it. They are still considered "engaged" rather than married, none of the usual marriage actions are triggered (e.g., prompting to move in, transferring funds, etc.). And I can choose all of these options over and over again, and they will still be considered engaged. I had a wedding party and after I had them exchange rings 3 times, the husband went home and a pop up that said "Everyone was expecting them to get married today, but I guess it didn't happen" came up. Is there something I need to do with one of my mods? Is this a non-mod related glitch? Hellllpp!

Hey! Go over to Nraas. He's good about getting back to you over there, plus the community will sometimes help sort something out. Make sure you have an updated module as well.

Were I you, I'd reset the whole town. Yeah, its going to cancel some interactions you have queued up, but in the long run, something else may be happening. Also, do you use other mods besides Twallan's. That can sometimes matter. I'd run your mod folder through Dashboard and see if any conflict or are outdated. Nine out of ten that's it. It happens. Been using Twallan's mods since Super Computer and its almost always never his mods that do it   Yeah, yeah, fangirling.

You were right, Dolls! I had some Sims 2 CC in my game and I fished it out with Dashboard. Whenever I accidentally get SIms 2 stuff in it, my games goes crazy town. Thanks!
