Nraas and employment?

It says that sims will find jobs, but I let my sim play for a few days and got no new job notifications and was wondering if I were doing something wrong? Sims would get jibs but only if my sim got a job.

I'm assuming you mean the other sims in your town should be finding jobs. What stories do you have active? Your stories filter will show you the updates of sims, but only the ones you've permitted.
