Trying to play with Monte Vista

Ok I have The Sims 3 Monte Vista pefectlly installed, (I think so because it doesnt installed with errors). Also I have Paradisiac Island expansion installed and when I start the game it starts in the paradisiac Island, and the game ask me If I want to move to Monte Vista, and I say yes, go to Monte Vista, but nothing happens. Then, I take the phone and try to call to go to Monte Vista but options are not avaliable. What can I do ? How can I go to Monte Vista? I want to go to Monte Vista !!!

Are you trying to move a sim from Paradise Island to Monte Vista or do you just want to play a new game in Monte Vista?

Monte Vista is not an expansion.  It is just a world you can buy to play in.  When you start a new game, you have to choose a town and both Monte Vista and Isla Paradiso should be on the drop down list.  If you're in one town and want to move to the other, use the phone or computer and choose Move.  The game will walk you through the moving process.

Pam - Yes it was in Spanish. I didn't know enough to understand it, but I tried to reply and messaged some other members who speak spanish to ask if they could help. By the time I heard back from them, it had changed to English. I'm guessing Pablingo changed it?

I am having a similar problem actually Monte Vista and all its its wont show up for me I can't figure it out
