Houseboat, land house & toddlers

 Has anyone got a family of sims, a house on land & a house boat & successfully keep all their sims together in 1 place. My toddler sims keep pinging back to land house & parents stay in the boat.

Is this a glitch on my game or just a glitch in general.

I did post another message similar to this as I thought I knew why & how to stop it, but I was wrong if you want me to delete other message I will.

I don't know if this will work but you can try it. Click on you phone and select move. Then click on "move to owned private lot". Then try moving to whichever lot you want your family to live in.
