What is a athletic dossier?

No idea if that will answer your question..it just confused me 'cause I've never heard of 'athletic dossier.' ;p

From what I remember, when your sim gets a dossier their supposed to deliver it somewhere.  One or your sims probably has sports as their profession and you may have been offered an opportunity to deliver a dossier some place in town and you probably accepted it and forgot.  Select your sim that has that sports profession and go to your map and there should be a star next to some place in town.  Select that and besides visiting or doing normal stuff there it may say deliver dossier or something.
