Cannot Bulldoze Lot

I have a lot that I downloaded and it appears to be corrupt.  It's a community lot, sims3pack.  Even when I am not playing this lot, it will freeze my game after 5 minutes.  I uninstalled it using the game launcher, but when I went into my game it still existed on its lot.  Tried to bulldoze it and the game froze immediately.  So exited, reinstalled it to do it in order.  Went back into game and tried to bulldize it with the intention to then delete it from the bin and then uninstall from game launcher.  But game froze again. 
How do I get this lot out of my game?

Welcome to the forums! Also, I'm not sure about this because Ive never had it happen. Have you made sure every trace of it is deleted? Also, I'm sure others will make a 5 paragraph answer for you, but you CANT be the only once who got this pack. Is the problem on your side, or the lot?

Its not that its a bad file.  But it doesnt work in my game.  5hats why it needs to go.  Factory reset didnt reinstall things correctly (good thing I backed my stuff up), deleting cache doesnt fix it or deleting .bad files does not.  Also even if it is removed from downloads folder and uninstalled from launcher, it still exists in my neighborhood.
