Are Careers available in all towns?

So basically, can a career from one EP be used in a town for another EP?

Eg. Is the Film Career only available in Bridgeport or every town?

The film career can be done in any town as long as you place the film backlot somewhere (it's a 64x64 lot in the Community Lots bin). Same with other EP-specific careers, such as fortune teller. You just need the appropriate rabbithole in order to access said career.
