Pharaoh's Retreat

Originally created for the Towers and Palaces contest, but realised after I'd finished that it needed to be on 50x50 or under lot size. Ugh!

Anyway, I've kept the design and particularly the furnishings light and sparse so that it's easy to change should you so desire. I built it specifically for lot '1 Western Delta' in Al Simhara. You'll need to bulldoze the current lot occupying that space. (To find it easily, it's probably the prettiest lot there with great domes on the roof! That's the one I bulldozed)

The house does use 1 custom pattern that I created using the CAP tool. I've included the pattern in the downloads below.

Another fabulous build!!  It's beautiful and so relaxing looking.  It looks like it would be cool, (temperature wise), and a wonderful place to just kick back and relax.

It looks really great, as all of your builds do, and it was very clever to use Egypt as a theme for the contest.  Such a shame you can't enter it.

I just wanted to let you know I did the same thing, though.  I started building on a 60 x 60 lot, and got probably 3/4 of the way done, went back to look at the budget, and saw the lot restriction.  So now I am scrambling to try to rebuild on a smaller lot, and I am so sad that I have to scrap the stables and the blacksmith that I had in there.  

I'm glad you're able to share your lot, and to get some well-deserved kudos!  It's really very elegant.
