Hi all, I'm expanded up to Island Adventures (do not have Generations) - was wondering if it's possible to have a business on a residential lot? Specifically, I have built a 4 level apartment building and would like to put a small cafe on the ground level. Can this be done? If so, how? At the moment, I have the little coffee bar/barista item in there, but when I click on it, it might as well be in my apartment and allows me to use it. A barista will not show up for work because it's technically a residential lot. If I change the lot type then I can't live there.
