Finish a career wish

Does anyone know if the Finish a Career wish (5.000 points) can be fulfilled by purchasing the Honorary Title LTR?  (I hope the LTR is called like that in the english version  ???)

My sim got the wish but she can't finish the career because she's my Life States Dynasty founder.

In the english version there isn't a "Finish a career wish". If you supply more details I might be able to help.
