Roomservice at resorts problem

Hi

I have 3 resorts and all 3 with the towers. I checked all towers and it says roomservice is activated on all of them but in the reviews they all complaint about missing roomservice (and giving less stars!). Is there something else I must do to activate roomservice?? Or are the reviews just random?

Hi there! Welcome to the Forum! There are a few things that can go into this, so bear with me:

1. Have you checked to see if all the workers are "High Quality" and that you have the maximum (3) available working?

If yes, then:

2. Is there anything blocking the path to any of these buildings?

If no, then:

3. Do you use any mods (such as NRAAs) in your game? I've noticed whenever I have my mods (mainly from Twallan's Nraas Industries) in that my maintenance workers stop showing up to work or doing anything at all.

If you've gone through all of these and didn't see anything that stuck out to you then I'm not sure what else it could be. You could always try hiring 3 low quality workers, then switch it back to the 3 high quality workers if you already have it to see if they spawn new people? Best of luck!

No mods, and nothing is blocking a path but I will try to hire low quality and rehire the high afterwards. Thanks
