Union Cove download

Could someone please give me an idiots guide to downloading Union Cove?  I tried to download it but nothing happened.

So if you could give me a step by step as I'm not sure what I've done wrong. I'm not sure if it downloaded but had gone to the wrong file or what. I think I read something about it being a zipped file but I'm not sure what that means & how you in zip it really.
