Same boat, still no BB and those support people still can't help me.  Any ideas and what we should do?  I mean if support can't help who would one contact next?

I still haven't received my code for BB.   I posted a few weeks ago about it.. Talked to Origin support via live chat and they gave helpful info  for getting my hopes up.. but not a definite date..  *shrugs*
