Posted in response to a request by Cathair1 on the building request thread, for houses using GEN and SEA, under 90K simoleons. Free for anyone to use for any purpose. If you use it in a story, etc, I would love to hear about it.Decorated in earth tones, natural materials and contemporary decor, this modern house comes with recycling bins, bicycles and playground equipment made from recycled wood that are perfect for an ecofriendly family.
The lower level has a two-story living room with TV, a dining room, and a kitchen with a counter for quick meals. The comfortable master bedroom has a wooden feature wall, while the child's room with bunkbeds is decorated with trees and flowers. There is a computer in the living room, and a desk for homework in the children's bedroom.
The upper level has a library with stereo and lounge chair, as well as an artist's easel. The upstairs deck is furnished with seating, and there is a grill on the back porch. One side of the yard houses playground equipment, and the other side has a large garden.
