Two of each of my sims??? Doubles?

So, I'm playing my game and I notice that there are doubles of each of my sims... I didn't realize this until after I downloaded Island Paradise and moved worlds. I didn't think much of it until now.

Here is Sophia, home safe talking to her twin brother:


And here, is Sophia's double, talking to Andrew at the resort he is staying at...


This happened at the same time, I just thought Andrew went home until I clicked on him and found him still at the resort.

How do I get rid of these doubles without getting rid of the actual sims?? Help please and thank you!

I experienced the same problem. I recently installed late night. One of my Sims is a duplicate as a bouncer and another is a duplicate as a paparrazzi.

Yeah, I think I found a solution. I saved my game and then deleted one of them to see if it would delete both of them. It didn't so I have been just deleting them as I go. I don't know if that will solve the problem but it has so far!
