Sims 3 Launcher Help!

Hey Guys,
I need help, i download stuff...they are  in the sims 3 launcher in the downloads folder,there not in installed content folder when i leave the launcher the downloads are not  in the installed content folder/ won't go in my game?
Can u help please?  :)

              Ps= I have a mac desktop computer

Have you tried going into the downloads folder, selecting the item you want to install and then clicking "install". On PC it is along the bottom of the launcher and I assume this is the same for Macs.

i go to my downloads thing and there no install
