How do you woohoo at city hall, mausoleum, etc.? I haven't figured it out yet.

I'm not exact on this, but I think you would do as you normally would with the romantic interactions, untill the "Woo-hoo" option appears, but it will say something like "in City Hall" or something when you are near the building. I know in the hot tub, this works by using romantic interactions while in the hot tub.

This may not help you at the moment as you posted this a long time ago LOL but I'll post this anyway if anyone else is unsure. Play as one of your adult sims (or young adult obviously) and have them 'tour City Hall' or the 'Mausoleum' or 'Theater with'...and select which sim they will go there with. once they're both inside the building you can select the building and the option should show up to 'make out' or 'woohoo'. This is how I did it anyway. It should work for everyone else too

I just did it.   You have to have a sim that your sim is romantically involved with or married to.  Have your sims take a tour of the masoleum, city hall, theater, then have them go in a hot tub and be in their bed.  When your sims are touring the 3 town places and are actually inside just click on the building and at the bottom you will have woo-hoo and before that will probably be make out.  So like for city hall it will say woo-hoo in city hall.

LOL I forgot to mention they had to be romantically evolved haha..although it's a given I suppose. I had them make out before they went in to City Hall so the woohoo option showed up while they were in there straight away..not sure if that contributed or what? Anyway...
