yeah a death flower... there is the the bush in one side of the graveyard you pick from there....

you can grow it, it gives one flower back and if you recover the bush it gives another one, that`s how you start duplicating...
or just try finding rare seeds, among them you can find death flower bush also.

it`s use is when the grim reaper comes to take your sim away, when you have it in your inventory he would just take the flower and you wont die
