VIP Room not working

I redid my VIP room. I deleted everything because I wanted to change the foundation of it. But now it's not a VIP room. How do I make it a VIP room again? I know it's not because one of my household sims slept in the bed. And before it couldn't because it said it was VIP.

Click on the door, there should be an option to Set As VIP Room (or something to that effect)
