HOW TO> Generate list of Lots n Addresses in ANY world?

Is there a MOD -- or a method built into Sims 3 'cheats' system that will generate a listing of ALL Lots & corresponding address for ANY world - not just those packaged with the games or worlds purchased from the STORE ?  Or do I just have to open it  go to the EDIT TOWN mode and click on EACH LOT (resident & commercial) and write down/type up this info manually??
