Save the Stars Graveyard please

Yes I know I tried to do this before (if anybody remembers) but i never got to finish it for real. So I'm just trying again.

It will be a background story for my tournament challenge files, so I can show off my sims and tell a bit about them too. But first I'll post a bit of what I posted last year, a recap of what happened in between, and soon a new chapter since the first challenge is soon over.

First challenge 2013:

“Hello?!”

My voice echoed over the empty lot I had bought in Sunset Valley on this very early morning.

“Is anybody here?”

Was it dumb of me to talk to the thin air? How was I even supposed to communicate with a watcher if there was one here? Had my parents even gotten the attention from one yet with their go on the first mission from the book?

I took one last look over the lot. No, I was alone, alone for the first time in my life.

My name is Aries, Aries Stars, daughter of King Sirius Stars of  Alpha Centauri and Priestess Cassiopeia of the Moon. I’m their first born of a set off triplets, and also the first to complete my duty and move home to the castle in the skies.

Not long after I arrived the mysterious book my mother asked me to check on every day,  turned its pages and I was drawn to it by the melody.

I looked at the goals once more end then I left the castle. This was my mission.

I set my strategy on the goals, if my parents couldnt drag the attentions of a watcher maybe i could.
First off I asked my mother to send me a Bottle Genies wish, and turned myself into a genie.
Being a genie had its benefits, we can summon all the delicious food, and also magical clean our selfs, besides that, something in the genie genetics does that we are fast at learning things.

I decided to join the fire-fighter career and then I went to the elixir shop shopping. I was lucky and got loads of useful potions, like the wish enhancing potion, and the Midas Touch.

Then it was time to return home, get all the things for unique upgrades I needed, and mostly important my two umbrellas.
After that and some few vacations, I upgraded my umbrellas over and over and over again. If people didn’t knew better they would say I couldn’t decide for the upgrade, hah.

The time was over and I went back to the castle and wrote my journey and accomplishments down in the book. Now I could sit back with my siblings and wait and see what the future had in store for us.

Second Challenge 2013:


So this was it, the first task they had to complete. Cassiopeia looked around on the empty lot. Everything was quiet, not a single sound or the smallest breeze was moving.
“Cass,” Sirius snug his arms around her waist from behind. “Time is ticking my dear, the aging process here is different than on Alpha Centauri. We only...”
“Shh, I know my love.” Her lips found his in a deeply kiss, and the rest is forbidden for us to see.

The next days were spend skilling and getting everything ready for the first children to come. It felt like being in heaven, together in love, pregnant with the first child and everything going after the plan.

But rather sooner than later it was time. A growing pain was trying to kill her but she could just smile even though her screams were both loud and terrifying. That evening Cassiopeia, gave birth to her first children, a set of triplets, the first of  many to come and her happiness was complete.

They snuggled and played with the children while they were still young and made sure all would feel the same bound to the both of them. A little older the children were taught all their basic skills and some creative skills too. As children they collected Cassiopeia’s gems and metals she had converted from apples, this was where Cassiopeia spent all her time when the children didn't need her. As teenagers, they all decided to take part-time jobs to help out, but Cassiopeia was very strict that they had to experience love before they got to old. As young adults, they completed a dream before they had to say their goodbyes and leave the nest to make space for their siblings to be.

We made sure that everyone did feel our love to them before we sent them back to Alpha Centauri. Having teached them well about both honor, smartness and love,  we were sure we had taken the right decisions.

“Are you well my sweet love?” Sirius dragged her in closer for another hug, she had just turned elder, so time was up, nothing more they could do.
“We haven't heard from a watcher yet,” she said trying to hold back her tears. “Did we fail it?”
“No you have not. I have been here for a long time now, watching you, fulfill the challenge perfectly, so i didn't wanted to disturb your little family. I will stay, stay to help you save the stars.”
The voice was the voice of the watcher LenaLJ, it did cost her immense powers to talk to the Stars family, but this time only it was necessary. From now on she would guide the children to complete the challenges.

Recap:

The year went by quicker than expected. LenaLJ was a strict and competitive watcher, and the children volunteering to participate in the challenges had to work really hard.

King Sirius and Priestess Cassiopeia returned to Alpha Centauri after there job was done. Even before they even looked out of the windows of the castle they could feel the change that had happened when they where gone.
“Mom, Dad!” Taurus came running through the halls and fell into their arms in one big hug. “Good you are back. The sun has started to shine less, its weakening. The book pages turned again. Aries took the challenge and left. I have….”
They had to calm him down abit to even understand what he was trying to tell them.

Alot had changed in the small time that was gone, only approximately 1/12 of the time the watcher had told she needed to be able to help them had passed.
Jupiter had shown to be the born leader, a real king to be, and had organised all his returning siblings in different chores. He had gained all the information he could about the changes in the world and done all that was in his powers to protect the people of Alpha Centauri.
But it was true, the sun had started to shine less, the water and earth took a more sick colour, people started to loose their wisdom. It would all start slowly like this but get worse and worse. Hopefully  LenaLJ would be able to save them all.

None of the other children wrote longer journals like Aries had done it. There was no need for it any longer, LenaLJ was with them all the time.

Sagittarius was sent out first to compete in  “Gnome is Where the Heart is”. Seducing the ladies and gentleman where his speciality, and giving them a gnome with them when he went for his next target was just a nice formality. He placed nicely at a second place, and returned home proud.

Water went for having the most memorable time of her life in the “Thanks for Your Memories Challenge”. She her son Ocean, which was born soon after landing, and their pet Droplet, all had to wear a device which would count if they did something memorable. Together they landed on a 3rd place. Water was allowed to take her whole family to Alpha Centauri, where they moved in a big house behind the castle.

Iota, as articstic as she was, was born to do the “Oh Snap” challenge. On her journey taking the most valueable photographs she met tons of interresting people. Found the love of her life and had some children. She earned a 3rd place for LenaLJ, and decided to stay on planet Earth together with all her loved ones.

The dynamic duo of Air and Mars set of to  show their power in “Take This Job and Score It”. Not even LenaLJ had planned for them going so fast though so many different types of jobs. Other than that they collector such a big collection of work rewards, that when they returned home from their 1st place, King Sirius build them a trophy room each.

Phi and Rho, Sigma and Tau, made a bet. The girls would go for “Metro’s Haven” and the boys for “Rica’s Asylum”, competing who would do the most skills and skill challenges and earn the highest placement.
Phi and Rho, were allowed to make their need static in the Haven, and basically do everything to reach their goal, and ended up with a  2nd place. Sigma and Tau on the other hand, had much more stict rules, it was indeed an Asylum.  But they placed better than their sisters and had a 1st place. Thereby they won the bet.

Scorpio was hitting for a perfect score in “We are Comming to Collect”, and he collected and collected, and got all what he aimed for. LenaLJ told him to go to a special version of Isla Paradiso that wouldnt be affected by “univercity live” or “world adventures”. And with that he sealed the deal for a 1st place.

Aquarius decided to take the dead of doing the “Wishmaster Final Wish: All Elders… All the Time”. In Isla Paradiso he build the worlds most famous retirement home and invited all elderly sims into it. Only requirement, they had to be happy, and find a mate to be it with. Their lifetime wishes he helped to fullfill and their mates he would invite in, but even though they all where happy, they had to settle with a 2nd place.

“Thank You for Your Service!” was like written for Mu and Taurus. He dreamt of being part of the military and reach the moon, while she dreamt of having a large family, only problem was their non fitting traits. So while she raised the kids and gathered new friends , he did rise in the military ranks. Togehter they completed their goals in 4 total worlds, and rose to the top and earned a 1st place. They decided to stay on Earth to encounter new worlds togehter as a family.

For the last challenge, the “4x4 Golden Opportunity” LenaLJ needed 4 contestants. Virgo, Omnicron, Metal and Beta went to complete the job. LenaLJ had already told them though that this challenge was not her strong site so they should be ready for not scoring so good. And yes it was only enough for a 5th place.

Ending 2013:

So now it was time. The tournament had ended, and LenaLJ was standing as the winner. The last children had returned home to what was left of a once glorious world.  The lands that used to be green, fertile and bright where now just a vast of their former self, beasts of the darkness where roaming the lands. The still living residents of the world had gathered together in large flocks to survive all the danger. Knowlegde was gone, and people started living like they had done once a long long time ago.
“We won, but we did still loose,” king Sirius muttered to himself, as he stood there looking over the land he had promised to protect.

I could not change the world back to what it had been before, my powers were not great enough for that, the black wizard of change had made it clear, he meant that time had come for a change of era, sims would soon not be like they were today. But i had to stop him, it was to early to give up, and an era had never been destroyed before just to make space for the new one.
I sat down and concentrated all the powers we had gained from the tournament into one spell. In the far corners of Alpha Centauri a loud yell could be heard, the sound of the “Nooooo” rang through the cold dusty deserts, as he felt his power over the world was broken. 
Both the wizard and i were drained from power now, nothing in the world would change, neither for good or bad, before one of us had gained enough power to destroy the other one. I could not save the Stars completely yet, but the first step was taken.
