Problem buying from Origin?

I pre-ordered Island Paradise from Origin this weekend. Later that day I decided to buy University too, so I went back to my Origin account and the Island Paradise pack was still in my shopping cart, although I had already paid with my credit card. I thought I had just selected it twice by mistake and deleted it... but they haven't charged anything to my account yet so I'm wondering... did I accidentally cancel the order? On the website they say the money will be charged to your credit card the next day so it should already be there and I didn't get any error messages while paying.

Does anyone know what happened? Is there a way to find out if the order was processed or not apart from contacting EA? It's my first time buying from Origin.

No, you best bet would be to contact them directly. Who else would know about your account? I've been buying from Origin since I started with the SIMS about 4 years or so ago and never had any problems.
