Not able to log into sims3.com

Yesterday when I started my game it wouldn't let me log in so I shrugged it off and kept playing, because I don't really care about the badges and stuff for the online part. Then today I saw a post on here about discounts on package deals on the sims3 store, so I went to log in and it said that they were having some technical difficulties. Is this happening to anyone else?

I had that problem last night when I played too, kept saying incorrect password or username.  I read on the sims board that maintenance on the site was being done.  Then this morning I was able to log in fine.  I didn't get any error messages though.

Keep trying.  It should be ok by now.  I'm in the eastern time zone and I logged in early this morning about 8 am and it was fine.
