Sims 3 Graphic Issues

I don't really know how to explain the problem so I took a screen shot of it. I have an updated macbook pro that I bought this year. Everything is fine everywhere else in the town except for when I zoom in to Hobart's Hideaway in Isla Paradiso. This happened before when they lived in a house in Sunset Valley so I just had them move out. I don't know what else to do so please, HELP!
