Notes: All appliances have been fully upgraded.  Be sure to check inside the chests!  The mail box and trash can don't stay where I put them when uploaded to the exchange, so you'll have to move those (I put the mailbox by the gate and trashcan should be by the recycling bin using MOO and holding down the ‘alt’ key).  I also recommend locking the gate so random sims don't wander into your house.  Also, turn on ‘testingcheatsenabled true’ and ‘buydebug on’ and make sure the spawners haven’t multiplied.

Nice house. I can't download it, as, alas, I don't have any store content. One thing I would like to know is how you got the house in the tree. Did you use the fact that a house in the Sims 3 can be balanced on one staircase and use some anti-collision cheat I don't know about?
