(II) Checking out your Unknown Special Seed soon.
Well, if you really want to know what seed it really is, get a camera. Plant the seed, try taking a picture of the planted seed. It should give you the name of the seed. I'm not sure level matters though, no tiem checking. Maybe tommorow. Pictures :

But then again, don't think this is really useful. Who doesn't love special seeds?

(III) Trait guide correction.
The guide said, a Sim with a Good trait cannot have the Mean Spirited trait.
Well, my Sim can have both Good and Mean Spirited trait. Don't ask me why, it just do. Maybe my Sims 3 is the one bugged?

On the 1-1 picture, your angle must have been messed up, and you took a picture with the subject being the flame fruit bush, not the unknown sprout.

@Carl : You're welcome.
@Naga : No I was finished capturing a Flame Plant picture, the first picture purpose was to hover the "Unknown Plant". And when I aim at the Unknown Plant, the name of the picture was Death Flower Bush.
And yes, like Pam said, the hair was third party CC.
