moving house and household funds

I was trying to get my sim to move house, but her household funds in the move screen are at least §50,000 short of what she actually has. Does anyone know what causes this or if there is a fix? I'm also currently experiencing the mailbox glitch with gifts from moved/deleted sims.

You shouldn't be getting Omniplants anymore as that was fixed but the bills is something the game is still working on.  Not much you can do about it other than use mods.

As for the moving part, I've never seen that before.  When you're in buy mode, does the house value show correctly and not as a negative?

From memory it did - I decided it was time to give up with that test-file. The moving bug didn't resolve, and I didn't feel like downloading another mod to fix the mailbox. If it crops up again, I'll look into it further.
