Gender of my babies

Okay so, I really was mixed gender twins or triplets and everytime I try to find out the gender I cant. It wont let me find out. The husband is a World Renowned Surgeon and still cant find out the gender and she even tried going to the Landgraab's and talking to Geoffrey and I still cant find out the gender! Why wont it work!?

Is your Sim more than friends with Geoffrey?   There is a bug in my games where I can only ask the gender if I don't know the other Sim as a friend or better. Also mixed gender twins are now more common.  If your sim avoids eating apples & watermelons and is guaranteed to have multiples they will probably be mixed gender.

Well no they werent friends at the time when i made her start talking to him and even then there wasnt the option and after they were friends it still wasnt there, im startng to get frustrated
