Hot tub in Winter Festival, purchasable?

In the winter festival there is a hot tub by the skating rink.  My sims enjoy getting in it, so I was wondering, can that be purchased?  I have looked but didn't find it, but I am good at missing items right under my nose.

Winter festival for which town as each festival is different?

All hot tubs are available for purchase in the game under miscellaneous plumbing.

The town I am playing in is MV, I am using the Festivals for MF.  I don't think I looked under plumbing, should have though.  Will check and see if I can find it there. 

Need to check the other towns and see if they all have a hot tub, I think I have seen one in another town, beside MF, but don't remember which one.

I think I noticed a Seasons only hot tub under Buydebug?

There is a hot tub for late night but there is not one for Seasons.

Then I'm just crazy. There are Seasons only Hot tubs though.

Perhaps a Klepto sim could steal it?

There is one hot tub that came with Seasons and it's able to be purchased in buy mode.  Why steal it?   It is called the Uniformity Hot Tub and it costs §12,000. 

It can be found Sort by Function > Plumbing > Miscellaneous Plumbing.

I looked there and found it, bought it and have it at my sims home, they seem to like it   

I had downloaded a house from the swapshop that had a hot tub but it didn't show up, from an extension that I don't have I guess.  I was able to replace it with the one SEA one and now all I need to do is create a new town to move it into.
