Minimalist

I took what I believe to be a minimalist approach to this. I built this on the last lot heading out of Sunset Valley; 100 Redwood Pkwy.
Ducky stayed behind in this one too.

Minimalist

Lot Size: 25x30
Furnished: 100,094
Unfurnished: 64,807
Expansion/Stuff: Pets, Showtime, Late Night, Ambitions, Diesel, Town Life, Master Suite
Store/CC: none

Wow! Thank you! I just recently joined the forum and started posting a couple of weeks ago. This is my second home upload and I'm so glad you, and I hope others, like it. You've given me confidence to post another. I'll have to clean them up a bit, but I have two houses in mind that I'll try and put up this week. Thanks again!

This house is stunning! It's not quite what I call minimalist, but it's definitely a great build that all can enjoy.

Agree its not really minimalist unless you have money and commission an architect ;D This played out differently in my mind. Thank you everyone for your comments, next time I'll think 380 square foot Ikea display. :)
